A GREAT suprise for me!

Today I received two AWESOME birthdaycards!!!What a great suprise that was!The first one I received from Jacky.

And this beautiful card I received of Sandra is a present card!On the inside was a lovely present for my garden: two packets of flower seeds.Sandra is a master in colouring it is absolutely stunning! I think she might have coloured it with distress ink.Just take a look at the pictures I took!

Blue-yellow and red

For a challenge I had to use blue/red/yellow,which is a real challenge for me as it is colour combo I don't really fancy.....but I gave it a go and this gatefold card is what I've made......

Cheap trick- NO! not the band! Copics storage....:)

I was so fed up with al the searching for the right colours in my Copics/Prismacolour box,that I had to do something about it to keep my bloodpressure levels low.....

In the hardware store a bought a little cabinet,normally used for screws/nails etc.I took half of the little drawers out, and the others I turned around and upside down to create a bottom for the above drawer space and put them back in,leaving one row open ,next row drawers etc. Because the back was open,I stuck the deviders wich came with the cabinet,at the back,to prevent the markers slippng out to the back.Now I could colour arrange my markers,and even had space in the larger bottomdrawer ,so I could put my Le Plume markers in there.Very easy and cheap solution.When I (hopefully) need more storage space,I will have to take the drawers out and place a bit of cardboard there as a bottom.
